Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how Medharu refunds a payment. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Early access is free

While Medharu is in early access, every account has full access at no charge, so there is nothing to pay and nothing to refund. You never need a pass to use Medharu during early access.

Passes

Our paid plans are passes for three months, six months or for life. Each is a single payment: a pass does not renew, and we never charge you again automatically.

Full refund within 7 days

If you ask within 7 days of paying, we refund the full amount, whatever the reason. Your pass ends when the refund is made.

After 7 days

After 7 days we do not refund the unused part of a pass, except where the law requires it or where we stop providing the service you paid for.

Payment problems are always refunded

• If you were charged twice for the same pass, we refund the extra payment in full.
• If money left your account but the payment failed and no pass was given, we refund it in full, or give you the pass if you prefer.
• These have no time limit. We check each one with the payment provider first.

How to ask for a refund

Call or message us on +880 1818-106842, or use the Feedback button in the app. Tell us the email address you use on Medharu, how you paid, and the transaction ID from your bKash, Nagad or card receipt.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the method you paid with: your bKash or Nagad account, or your card.
• We send an approved refund within 7 working days. A card refund can take a few more days to appear, depending on your bank.
• A pass bought inside the Medharu phone app through the App Store or Google Play is refunded through Apple or Google, under their rules.
